- GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) is the total order value your customer pays, excluding shipping and taxes. The take rate is applied to that amount, subject to the per-order minimum for your tier.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
- Is there a contract for the Enterprise plan?
- Enterprise plans require an annual contract. Pricing is custom and typically ranges from $2,000 to $8,000 per month depending on volume and integration requirements.
- Do annual plans include a discount?
- Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared to paying monthly. The price is locked for the full year.
- What happens if I exceed my mockup generation limit on Creator?
- You will be prompted to upgrade. We do not charge overages on the Creator plan; generations simply pause until the next month or until you move to a paid tier.
- How does multi-address drop shipping work?
- Upload a CSV or connect your order system. Each row is a separate ship-to address. On Launch you can include up to 50 addresses per order; Growth and Enterprise have no limit.
